The described procedure applies to a workshop from Friday to Sunday, some workshops take place in a different format. In a single breathwork workshop, you take on the role of the breather and the sitter once. In a double breathwork workshop, you have the opportunity to go into both roles twice.

No previous experience in Holotropic Breathwork is necessary to participate in the workshop. These workshops are recognized as part of the Grof Transpersonal Training program.

Born and raised in Germany I am now living close to Vienna. In my first Holotropic Breathwork workshop I fell in love with this work and through my own process I experienced the transformative and healing potential of it. For me, Holotropic Breathwork is not just a method, but a way of living. Now I want to give back some of the support I got during my own process.
My background involves a master's degree in organic agriculture science focused on horticulture and livestock welfare and a certification in animal-assisted (therapeutic) intervention (ISAAT).
Animals, creative expression, nature, traveling and music are very important to me. Besides that, I am interested in many different modalities for self-exploration like SoulCollage®, self compassion and shamanism.
